Happy Wednesday! Welcome back to another What I ate Wednesday! Hosted by Jenn over at Peas and Crayons!
Breakfast has been the usual eggs and coconut oil combo but when I’m extra hungry I’ll add in a banana with almond butter too.
Post workout is simple. Just whey and water. I never remember to take the picture until I’m home! There’s no way to make it look pretty anyway.
Lunches and dinner have varied but I’ve been try to follow the standard protein, veggie, starchy veggi combo…
Lean burger on spinach with kaboocha squash. My eyes were way bigger than my stomach only ended up eating 1/2 the squash.
Spicy chicken with peppers, spinach, and carrots. Roasted potatoes on the side.
The chicken made for perfect leftovers for lunch the next day!
