Happy Wednesday!!! Today is What I ate Wednesday thanks to Jenn at Peas and Crayons! Happy Halloween too! I’ll be celebrating at work tonight… so nothing exciting for me but what are your plans for the evening??? Let’s catch up on some meals from the past week!

Made Lisa Lately’s Sunflower Protein Muffin and topped with with almond butter and sun butter! It was quick to make and perfect!
Plenty of work snacks have been packed for the week:
Lara bar, apple, and superfood bites.
Apple, Strawberries, and one of my favorite Gluten Free Protein Bars!
Was inspired by Tina and took my banana and almond butter to go!
PROOF that I am eating my veggies too!
AppleGate Farms southwest chicken strips, spinach, goat cheese and plantain chips on the side.
Apple slices with cinnamon, zucchini, eggs with spinach and sliced goat cheese.
Spaghetti squash veggie bowl with hemp seeds and goat cheese.
