Happy Thanksgiving to all of my readers in the US! I’ll be off spending the day with my family today but wanted to pop in to remind you what Thanksgiving is all about. Being Thankful! So right now I want you to stop what you’re doing and write down ten things you are thankful for….ready, set, go!!!

Such a nice post! Love the pictures!! 10 things I am thankful for:
1. Family, Boyfriend, Friends – most important thing in my life!
2. Health – I have a healthy body and I appreciate that so much!
3. My job – without it I could not live the life I have right now!
4. My new warm clothes! It’s freezing outside!
5. Tea. Everyday is better with tea.
6. The Detox plan you made for me! It’s perfect and I feel great!
7. My running shoes. I take them everywhere I go and they offered me amazing runs all over the world.
8. Christmastime. I love everything about it.
9. Good and bad experiences. Experiences make us stronger and let us grow – no matter if they are good or bad.
10. Lunch! It’s Lunchtime soon and I can’t wait!

I’m thankful for my family, my friends, my education, my parents for supporting me financially through school, my good health, the wonderful community of people at my school, the blogging community, the awesome local food system here, the nut-free bakery in my town, and soy nut butter for making it easier to live with nut allergies haha.

Happy Thanksgiving! Lots to be thankful for, the biggest one being that I woke up this morning, I am alive! Also my family (most of whom I will not see today), my wonderful friends on-line and off, my fabulously supportive dog Zora, my freedom so I can live my life, IIN for giving me a second chance to create a career, YOU for introducing me to IIN, your mom for introducing us through fb, and so many other things I can’t mention them all!!

I love that you said you are thankful for the ability to move. After having knee surgery in June and still not being able to run, I will now never take for granted my ability to exercise/run! Great list! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

I am most thankful for my fiance, dog, family and friends. I am also thankful for healthy foods. I can’t imagine living with out the convenience of healthy foods.
