I’m back with another Paleo in minutes meal! One of the things I always crave when I am eating strict Paleo is frozen yogurt! This treat is enough to put off my cravings with something else cold and sweet! Plus it has way more vitamins and minerals, including antioxidants, than your average frozen yogurt! It literally takes less than 2 minutes to make!
- 1/2 sliced frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup light canned coconut milk (I love Trader Joe’s brand)
- Only 1 step! Blend all your ingredients in a blender! Top with crushed freeze dried fruit and enjoy!!!
