Awwr no! Sorry to hear that you haven’t been feeling the best, hun. I was battling the beginning phases of a cold for a little while there too, so I can definitely relate. Rest, liquids, and good eats are what always get me back on my feet. Feel better soon!
Thanks Amanda! There’s so much going around it’s terrible!

Have a great day xo
Of course Kierston! Happy Monday!
Eat oranges!! And roasted garlic! Not together, unless that sounds good to you.
Hope you’re feeling better.
Hahaha no way not together! I love oranges so I’ll have to have one!
So sorry you’re not feeling well. It seems like this cold/flu season is so horrible! When I first start to feel a cold coming on I gargle with warm salt water and load up on vitamin C, Zinc and Echinacea. Usually I take Zicam tablets and suck on Vitamin C lozenges which helps a ton! There is also a great sleepy time tea with Echinacea which seems to do the trick! Hope you feel better soon!
It’s definitely bad this season. I’ll have to check out some of those teas!
Spaghetti squash bake!!! Oh man, I’m coming over for Dinner asap;)
I see some Gabby Bernstein yay!
And thank for the shout out!
Dang, sorry about the sickness. I’m right there with you. Get better soon sweetie!
You’re always invited for dinner
I had a dumb cold when I came back from Minnesota after Christmas — tea helped the most!
I’ll have to load up on tea then!
Thanks for mentioning my coconut chicken girl! Hope you get well soon!
Of course! It sounded amazing!
That spaghetti squash bake looks SO amazing! Will you/have you be posting the recipe??
I will it’s coming soon!
so sorry you aren’t feeling the greatest! I just got over being sick too….Drink a ton of water (cliche but works), and a cup of hot lemon water when you wake up in the morning…plenty of fruits and veggies help too, though I’m sure you’ll have no trouble with that!
Thanks Danica!
Danielle, seriously: QUERCETIN is a CURE ALL!!!
I KNOW you will feel 20x better tomorrow if you take it today
Good to know! I will have to try that!
Oh my gosh my whole family has had the crud. The temperatures here have been so extreme. It can literally be 75 degrees one day and then 30 the next! I load up on the green smoothies that’s for sure and try to get the maximum amount of sleep that I can!
It’s so terrible! Everyone is getting sick. Hope you all feel better soon!
Aww darn I’m sorry you’ve been hit with the cold that’s been going around. I hope you feel better soon! When I have a cold I just try to get lots of rest and get lots of nutrients from fruits and vegetables!
Also that spaghetti squash bake looks fabulous. I hope you’re posting the recipe!
Recipe will be up soon! Thanks Chelsea!

I hate that you are feeling under the weather! Keep hydrated and take it easy. I hope it passes soon!
Thanks Brittany! Already feeling better today!
Oh no! You need to start feeling better like NOW!!
Hahaha thanks Jessie! You too!
I’m sending feel-better vibes your way, Danielle! So sorry you’re not feeling well! I’ve been fighting a flu/cold for most of the week, too — the bugs going around this year are pretty pesky! Rest up, and drink lots of tea! I also swear by chicken broth. When I’m sick, I add garlic and pepper, and gulp it like water (the low sodium kind–otherwise I’d have puffy eyes AND a puffy tummy!)
I’m drooling over that spaghetti squash bake! Please tell me that picture was a teaser for a recipe to come? xoxoxo
p.s. Almost forgot! You suggested chatting tomorrow! I’m unfortunately reeeeally busy, but would Wednesday work? <3
Thanks Sara! Feel better too and keep fighting that flu! Recipe for the spaghetti squash is coming. I was experimenting. Hmm Wednesday this week isn’t good for me but we’ll figure it out. Send me an email and let me know what days work best for you. Maybe next week??
