Happy Monday! Celebrating Marvelous in My Monday thanks to Katie. I’ve got lots of Marvelous Link Love to share with you as well as some marvelousness from my own week.
First off, have you been noticing a few changes on the blog lately? Things are starting to look a bit different right?! Well I want to give a huge thank you to Maren for giving my blog a brand new look. If you have a design project definitely consider her for it. She is absolutely fabulous. Okay onto the changes…
First off notice the header! Clean Food Creative Fitness is now becoming Clean Food Creative Fitness and Realizing Your Dreams. Why? Because my blog and my life is about so much more than clean food and creative fitness. Yes I believe working out should be fun and enjoyable and yes I do strive to keep the majority of my meals “clean” but my goal as a nutrition coach and as person is to provide you with a lot more than just that! You can also now find me at danielleprestejohn.com and cleanfoodcreativefitness.com the links lead you in the same place, but I figured my name may be a bit easier to remember! For more information on the name change check out my about page.
With this new look some new things are going to be happening on the blog. While I love coming up with amazing recipes for you, lately it has become more of a chore than an enjoyment. I also want to dedicate more time to my nutrition business and really focus on my clients and serving their needs for information. What does this mean for the blog? Well you will still get some healthy recipes from me, just a little less frequently, I may participate in a WIAW here and there, and I will still share links I am passionate about but I am going to be focusing a whole lot more on my writing, sharing my personal nutrition stories and struggles with you, and overall just getting a lot more personal! I want to share my thoughts on life, weight loss and gain, and goal setting with all of you. I want to inspire and motivate you as well as receive inspiration and motivation from all of you. As my about section says, it is my goal to spread the message of positivity towards body image, self-esteem, and weight loss to as many women as I can, so if I can use this blog as a means to do so I most certainly will be doing that! Hope you enjoy the new site.

As usual my weekly groceries…
Roasted chicken, baby spinach, frozen broccoli, Greek yogurt, kombucha, apple juice sweetened dried cranberries, frozen gluten free veggie burgers (literally just vegetables), lean ground meat, butternut squash, lemon, goat cheese, Nugo protein bars, collard greens, brown rice tortillas, egg whites, quinoa, and yummy earth gluten free hard candies (I’m trying to cut back on my gum obsession and these are currently helping)
Prep this week was lean ground meat, quinoa, broccoli, roasted chicken, and a quinoa butternut squash mix inspired from this recipe from Heather.

The bottom left is proof she doesn’t always stay still for pictures. She did however sit and wait to have her picture taken when I was taking a picture of my groceries. Such a show off!
