Happy Monday! Celebrating Marvelous in My Monday thanks to Katie! As usual I’ve got link love for you, along with my groceries and some of my meal prep to get ready for the week.
Groceries:
Mini pears, apples, grass fed burgers, baby carrots, chicken apple sausage, perfect foods bar, kabocha squash, spaghetti squash, bell pepper, baby spinach, and pumpkin seeds. I didn’t need a lot this week, just stuck to the basics! Little note on those pumpkin seeds. I was so excited to find them at Whole Foods but when I went to eat them today I realized they are coated with wheat flour. Major fail! Good thing I checked the label.

Ah, I so need to try that Mocha Coconut Cream Pie. Looks delicious! And I am craving spaghetti squash but the season’s already over here, too bad!
Thanks Lucie! I think spaghetti squash season is almost over here too! So sad!
I’ve been loving the kabocha squash too! I’ve also been wanting to try that microwave muffin from carrots n cake. Looks like great links to check out!

This week should be pretty low key.. My weekend was marvelous.. I reconnected with friend I haven’t seen since high school!!
How awesome! I haven’t seen high school friends in forever!
Is it weird that I look forward to your MIMM post every Monday? You just always share so many awesome links, I love it =)
Aww thanks so much Jessie!
My weekend was marvelous because I had a movie night with some friends and went for sushi with a friend I haven’t seen in a few months!
Mmm thanks for sharing that Purely Twins recipe – those look amazing!
Of course Chelsea! I love all of their recipes but really can’t wait to try this one!
I had me looottttsa child time as we celebrated her turning seven.
it was indeed MARVELOUS.
Sounds Marvelous!
Isn’t it the worst when you buy/eat something and then later realize that it contains an ingredient (which you would never suspect to be in the food) that you don’t eat? This has been happening to me a lot lately with gelatin. It is popping up everywhere in yogurts, dips, shredded cheese, etc. Not happy about it!
I know it’s so scary how many unnescesary things are added to the simplest of foods!
I want to try that microwave English muffin too! Looks so awesome! I’m just excited about Christmas festivities going on all month!
Me too! Love the holiday season!
This weekend was marvelous because it was all about Christmas over here. Decorations, movies, music… This is my favorite time of year and I tend to go a little crazy with it
But you can never have too much Christmas Spirit in my opinion!
Hope your week is off to a great start!
I agree you can never have too much!
I need to look for those burgers! So easy to make!
They are awesome! I find mine at Whole Foods!
Kabocha! Heck yea. Ha ha. Thanks for the link love! You’re fabulous! I had a pretty low key weekend, but it was fun since I totally got in the Christmas spirit:) Hope you have a fantastic Monday!xo
Thanks Lisa! Hope you had a great Monday too
Thanks for the shout today!
Of course April! Love your site!
I am amazed at your food prep! You’re awesome, Danielle
I agree! Totally impressed with your food pref. I can see how it would be much simpler having my bags of carrots divided rather than in the sealed bag. Sometimes things get lost in the fridge but your way is creative and my new now! lol Thanks for cool tip
I’ve tried a grass fed beef burger only one time and OMGoodness..the best ever, never will be able to eat regular beef again! The grass fed has so much flavor to it.
Have a great week!

Beth
Thanks Beth! I’m all about the convenience. If I can grab it and go I’ll eat it otherwise that bag of carrots or veggies will just sit in my fridge all week
Thanks Paige!
I want to buy those grass fed burgers, but aren’t they pricey? I was thinking I could just buy meat at trader joe’s and make my own!
Happy Monday love! Hope you have a great week! <3
Hi Sophie!!!!!!!
They are a bit more expensive but it’s totally worth it! Trader Joe’s is definitely your best bet for something a little less pricey! Happy Monday!

Your chocolate coffee mousse looks SO good and so simple, too! I’ll have to try it! We don’t have too many plans this week, just finishing up Christmas gifts and getting ready for my CrossFit competition on Saturday!
