Happy Monday!!! Happy October too! I can’t believe September is already gone! It flew by! Today I’m celebrating all things Marvelous thanks to Katie over at Healthy Diva Eats

Before I get to my link love I wanted to share some of the new products and meals I’m loving lately!
A quick mid week trip to Whole Foods: Apple Chips, Coconut Butter, Raw Crackers, Cappuccino Lara bars (my favorite!) and my first buttercup squash!
There is one ingredient in this bag: Fuji apples! Can’t wait to try them out! Perfect for on the go snacking!
When I did my first ever strict Paleo challenge I used to get these a lot to tame my sweet tooth! I finally picked them up again and am so glad I did! Take a look at the ingredient list! Simple and everything I can pronounce!
Coconut butter is back! I’ve been out for awhile and was so happy to finally restock!
Got my Sunday meal prep done! Lean ground meat, butternut squash, and a quinoa mix I will be sharing soon!
All together and ready for the week!
And the thing I love most!!! Sophie says Happy Monday! She needs a haircut!
Onto Link Love!

Wow, the boxes with your meal preps look great. I always do that the evening before, it’s a bit more stressful but ok. Looking forward to the Quinoa recipe! The cookies and all that stuff I need to order from the U.S. which is always a bit expensive. but here in Switzerland we are soooo old-fashioned when it comes to food…(not only food though
)
Thank you for that great Monday post! xxx Lucie
Glad you liked it Lucie! The quinoa recipe will be up soon!
DANG. I gots no recipes but am loving yer link love….
Thanks Miz!
I love that you include link love with your MIMM posts! Thanks for the love!
And food prep on Sundays helps sooo much, doesn’t it?!
Thanks so much Tina! yes Food prep is a lifesaver for me during the week!
thanks for the link love!! great job with the food prep! we need to start doing that again, we go through periods where we do really well then lack off a little
I do too! Some weeks I’m really on top of food prep and others I just fall behind! It does make the week so much easier though!
Thanks so much for the shout out, Danielle! I can’t wait to check out all of these links, they all sound yummy. Let us know how the buttercup squash is. It looks like an acorn squash, which I had this weekend. Have a great week!
Of course Kim! I always love your recipes! I really like the buttercup squash it’s a little sweeter than an acorn squash! Have a great week too
I try to do food prep throughout the week so that I always have SOMETHING to grab for work. SOme days its leftovers, others its something Ive actually made for myself. I grabbed a butternut and spaghetti squash this weekend and have been dying to use it, but the weather is still 98 over here! Turning on my oven is NOT fun right now!
I’m loving squash lately but I don’t blame for not wanting to turn on the oven! I’m kind of jealous it’s still 98 where you are!
Love your food prep for the week. I’ve never though to prep lean ground beef before. Such a brilliant idea.. but honestly, would I expect anything else from you??
Hahaha aww well thank you! To be honest I just don’t really like to cook much during the week so I’d rather get it all done at once!
Thanks for the love!
Awesome job with your prep for the week! I am usually good about it, but this week I totally slacked! I’ll probably be relying on quick meals this week a little too much oopsy.
And yay for coconut butter!:)
I totally have my weeks when I prep absolutely nothing! It happens and sometimes some quick meals are just what you need or want anyway!
I love your grocery lists.. look forward to them every monday! Don’t you just love tupperware too?! hehe. I also love your linklove – Tina’s post on the 80/20 rule was just awesome, and I just read it thanks to you
Hope you are off to a good start of the week!
I loved the 80/20 post! I will totally be referring back to that one all the time! Tupperware is kind of my lifesaver! I’m all about the meal prep!
I LOVE Sunday prep. I know a lot of people get annoyed by it, but I find it relaxing and I love knowing I’m starting my week right. Also, looking forward to your quinoa recipe!
I know it just makes the week so much easier!
Your meals look great! I just bought a butternut squash this weekend, can’t wait to cut into it
Love butternut squash! It’s one of my fall favorites!
Ohh coconut butter is seriously the best thing ever. Have you ever tried it on top of butternut squash with a sprinkle of cinnamon? To.die.for. And I’m going to have to say that my favorite recipe from the past week has definitely been chocolate chip pumpkin bread… I think it was the chocolate and pumpkin that did me in
I love it on butternut squash! I actually tried it for the first time the other night!
I always admire your meal prep, Danielle
Thank you for including me in your link love!!
Thanks Paige!
Thanks for showing my recipe some love, darling
Loving the coconut butter although it did take me a while to get used to it
It took me a while to get used to too! but now I love it!
you literally just posted all my favorite foods! that’s marvelous. Now i need to restock on some.
Great minds think alike
wow you are incredibly organized. I need to possess that skill someday. You dog is so cute!
Thanks Chelsa! She gets away with a lot because she is so cute!
I have those Go Raw cookies in the chocolate flavour and I love them! And yay for finally restocking on coconut butter. That stuff is too good to go a long time without it!
I love the chocolate too! That’s my favorite flavor!
Oh those cookies look fun! Will have to see if I can find them here.
Yes they’re perfect cause they’re Paleo too!
I haven’t had a buttercup squash before, but I’m pretty sure I’ll have to find one now simply for the name.
Hahaha I know I just love the name!
Thanks for the reminder to pick up coconut butter. It’s not found in my regular store so I have to make an extra trip…but so worth it!
It’s totally worth it! I love it!
GIRL, that quinoa mix looks sooo good! Can’t wait to see the recipe, babe. Thank you so much for sharing the love and joining #plantPOWER! Kasey and I are so excited to have you onboard!
Can’t wait to share the recipe! It was inspired by the #plantPOWER challenge!
I need to prep on Sundays!! Thanks for all the links! I am so behind in my blog readings!!
No problem Brittany! Enjoy reading them!
Let me tell you something, get excited for that buttercup squash, it will blow your socks off
Pair it with the coconut butter! I have that combination at one point almost EVERY DAY that’ show much I love it! #obsession.
I am in love! I just tried it the other night and it is amazing! Can’t wait to try it with coconut butter!
Thanks for all of the links! I am excited for lots of new things to try out
I love butternut squash, Do you just make that up for snacks or prepare it to add to meals for the week?
I usually use the butternut squash as part of a meal so for example dinner last night was spinach, butternut squash, and some extra lean ground meat!
great links as always
thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Anne
Danielle! Can I hire you to do meal prep for me for the week? You’re a master! I actually bought a buttercup squash for the first time a few days ago. I roasted it like I do a butternut squash, and it was fabulous (although I think I like Butternut better…but kabocha is the one that really has my heart).
Artisana coconut butter is truly amazing. But why WHY WHY does it have to be so darn expensive?! I say we create a budget-friendly line of coconut butter!
Happy Monday!!
p.s. so sorry I’ve been MIA…school is kind of killing my life right now! xoxo
I still need to find kabocha squash! I can’t find it near me and I’m dying to try it since everyone loves it! I’m with you on budget friendly coconut butter! I’ll have to experiment!
Great links! I can’t wait to make some of those fall recipes!
Thanks Julie! Glad you enjoyed them!
I made butternut squash soup for this week! Love B-squash. <3fall. I need to try coconut butter. I love the oil, haven't ventured to butter yet.
You will love coconut butter if you like the oil! I promise!
