About Danielle
Hello! I’m Danielle Prestejohn.

My goal is to teach women how to ditch the diets, skip the body hatred, and start actually living. What does all this mean??
I’m going to teach you how to stop fighting your body, and guess what? It will stop fighting you back!
When I started working in the world of nutrition I was eager to share my thoughts on living a healthy lifestyle loaded with clean eats, and enjoying activity but to be honest my life isn’t perfect and I didn’t always enjoy such clean balanced meals and love my workouts.
I am a nutritionist and health coach but truly believe I am so much more than that. I am a crossfitter, an athlete, a dancer, a perfectionist, a dreamer, a trainer, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and so much more. I have had my fair share of struggles with my weight, nutrition, and self esteem. For a long time I thought I just wouldn’t be good enough until I was thin and then I was thin and let me tell you…life wasn’t any better. It wasn’t until I started believing in myself and my dreams that I realized for me my struggles weren’t about my weight or the food, or the exercise. I was stressed, anxious, lonely, unhappy, not living the life I wanted to live, and my health and weight were suffering because of it. I’ve been through diet after diet, losing weight, gaining weight, and progressively becoming more miserable in the process.
When I stop dieting and started living my life minus the crazy “nutrition” rules my body stopped fighting back.
I love CrossFit and enjoy working out. I don’t stress about food and am able to enjoy some chocolate, but I do love fruits and veggies too. I have dreams of a thriving nutrition business and helping other women just like me learn to go after their dreams!
